Have a ‘Wild’ Halloween at the National Zoo’s Night of the Living Zoo Party

The Smithsonian’s National Zoo is not just a top-class conservation and science research center. It’s also the host for some of the city’s most unique social engagements of the year. Such is the case for the yearly Friends of the National Zoo’s "Night of the Living Zoo" Halloween party. Scheduled from 7-10:30 pm, rain or shine, on October 25, this 21+ event combines after-hour access to multiple animal exhibits with a dance party, popular local food trucks, craft beers galore, and a costume contest.

General admission tickets cost $30 for Friends of the National Zoo, $40 for non-members, and include two drink tickets. VIP access, which starts at $65, adds an extra drink ticket, food tastings from local restaurants, express check-in, and access to exclusive animal exhibits and a VIP bar and lounge. Proceeds go toward the zoo’s research and conservation efforts.
